Play, and have fun with these sample yoga lessons 101 to 300. Pick your own medicine or combine programs, (also see "GALLERY" yoga poses). Use these poses for yourself to stay fit and enhance performance, increase muscular endurance, natural agility, improve digestion, circulatory and the respiratory systems as well as balance and lightning fast recovery. Don't compete and keep the butt soft most of the time while in the exercise/pose. Work hard, play hard, and leave the rest to your yoga practices for a healthy looking you. Practice often and start by holding each exercise/pose for 30 seconds.
Remember to breathe during all poses. Also, these are only quick samples, if I show you my best stuff, (I would have to............)
